2025 Golf Course Enhancements

Heritage Golf Group is dedicated to enhancing the Member Experience by investing in capital improvements and upgrading the amenities of their clubs.

We are excited to announce a series of golf course renovations beginning at The Club at Gettysvue. The following renovations will improve overall course aesthetic and playability!

Tee Box Leveling & Renovation

Installation of Bermuda grass, where needed, to naturally tie in surrounded tee areas.
Complete renovation of over 125,000 sq ft of Zoysia tee surface, including the Bermuda grass driving range tee. This process includes stripping and laser-levelling the tee tops.
Removal of surrounding trees to alleviate shade issues.

Hole #18 Refresh

The 18th hole, a dogleg-right, uphill par 4 finishing at the expansive clubhouse, will undergo a thoughtful redesign. Enhancements include:

Tree removal to open up scenic views and improve play.
The green surrounds/approach will be softened, and tiers will be created in front of the green. This will both increase the overall playability along with improving the general aesthetic of the area.
An additional bunker will be added behind the green.
