Do I need to be a member of the club to hold my event at
Gettysvue Polo, Golf & Country Club?
No, you do not need to be a member of the country club to host
a private function, however, members of the club can use banquet
rooms without any room rental fees.
What does the room rental fee include?
The room rental fee includes tables, chairs, china, linens,
glassware and all other basic equipment need to host your
event.
Besides the room rental fee and the cost of the food,
what other fees will I have?
All food and beverages charges are subject to a 20% service
charge and state sales tax.
Can I bring in my own audio-visual equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own equipment or use
ours, at the printed rental price.

Are there only certain days of the week or hours of the
day that I can hold my function?
Gettysvue Polo, Golf & Country Club will work with you
to attempt to accommodate any timing request that you have.
Gettysvue is closed on Mondays.
When do I need to make my meeting or party reservation?
As soon as you know of an event you would like to host at
Gettysvue Polo, Golf & Country Club, please contact the
Catering Director to begin the reservation process. Every
effort will be made to accommodate last minute reservations,
but advance notice is always appreciated.
Is there a minimum amount of money I have to spend to
use the room?
Food and beverage minimums are required of both members and
non-members. The minimums will vary by day and time of the
scheduled function. Food and beverage minimums are minimum
fees required before sales tax and 20% service charge.
